2024 Mission Trip

Twenty-six people from all over America gathered for this trip, split into three teams across Tokyo, Chiba, and Sendai. Rob Brinks, the president of Reformed Mission Services, was taken to fourteen different churches across Tokyo, Chiba, Sendai, and Nagoya to learn about the needs of the church in Japan.

Fellowship with deacons

Udo-san and Junichi had never had fellowship outside of church, despite being deacons at the Shibuya church for over fifteen years, so we travelled to the outskirts of Tokyo to have fellowship with them.

Encouraging Masa to tell the gospel

We had twenty-plus people at an inter-fellowship dinner, so some Japanese locals asked Masa who we were and why there were so many of us. He told them that we are Christians, and they asked him to tell them about Christianity.

That was easy, I want to share the gospel more!
